ODAILY Our Daily table – home cooking, explained

Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit odaily.xyz. The short version: we collect very little, we do not sell data, and the advertising on the site is provided by Google.

Who is responsible

ODAILY (odaily.xyz) is responsible for this website. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@odaily.xyz.

What we collect ourselves

  • Anonymous page counts. When a page loads, a small script tells our statistics service which page was viewed on which site. No cookie is set, no identifier is stored and no profile of you is built.
  • Messages you send. If you email us, we keep the message only as long as we need to reply and to keep a record of corrections we made.

There are no user accounts, comment forms or newsletters on ODAILY.

Advertising by Google AdSense

ODAILY displays advertising from Google AdSense. Google and its partners, as third-party vendors, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.

In places where consent is required by law, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent message from Google asks for your choice before personalised ads are shown. If you decline, you may still see non-personalised ads.

Fonts and hosting

ODAILY uses typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to load them. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address to serve pages securely and to block abuse.

How long we keep information

Anonymous page counts are kept only as totals. Emails are deleted after two years at the latest, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to object to its use and to complain to a data protection authority. Write to hello@odaily.xyz with the subject "Privacy request".

Children

ODAILY is written for adults and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Details about cookies are in our cookie policy.
